Baku:Azerbaijan's First Deputy Minister of Finance, Anar Karimov, held a meeting with a World Bank delegation led by Rolande Pryce, the World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the discussion focused on reviewing the outcomes of the World Bank's FINGROW and transport missions, as well as exploring future cooperation and ways to enhance coordination on project preparation and implementation.
Anar Karimov emphasized the potential for expanding cooperation in areas such as financial access, private-sector financing, and transport infrastructure.
Rolande Pryce conveyed the World Bank's willingness to offer financial and technical support for initiatives in these sectors. Both parties agreed on the significance of ongoing cooperation and the need for stronger coordination.
