Baku: Elkhan Jahangir oghlu Gahraman has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Tajikistan. This appointment was formalized through an order signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
