President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on recalling Rashad Mammadov from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Kazakhstan, APA reports.

By another order signed by the President, Agalar Atamoglanov has been appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
