BAKU: Tankers in the fleet of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) transported 2.01 million tons of oil products from January through June 2024, Trend reports.
During the first half of 2024, ferries and Ro-Pax-type vessels transported 19,068 railcars, 17,660 trucks, 1,079 cars, and 13,433 passengers.
“ASCO dry cargo ships carried 363,818 tons of cargo during this period,” the report highlighted.
To note, the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company, which operates the largest fleet on the Caspian Sea, currently has 55 vessels of various types.
