Baku: Azerbaijan has announced its commitment to maintaining bilateral dialogue with Armenia as part of its ongoing efforts to advance the peace process in the region by 2026, stated Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a recent press conference. The normalization of relations between the two nations has been a significant focus of Azerbaijan's policy this year, aiming to restore stable and lasting peace.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Minister Bayramov highlighted the importance of confidence-building measures between Azerbaijan and Armenia, emphasizing the intensification of these efforts. He noted the positive developments, including the transit of grain through Azerbaijani territory to Armenia and Armenia's purchase of Azerbaijani oil products, as steps forward in building trust.

The minister also mentioned that efforts are ongoing to identify crimes committed by Armenia over the past three decades, indicating a comprehensive approach to addressing historical grievances as part of the peace process.
