Bratislava: The official visit of Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to Slovakia is currently underway. This visit comes upon the invitation of Mr. Robert Kalinák, the Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister of the Slovak Republic.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during his visit, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, along with his delegation, toured the Military Technical and Testing Institute Záhorie (VTSU). The Azerbaijani Defense Minister received an in-depth briefing on the institute’s history and its primary areas of focus.

The Azerbaijani delegation also explored the educational system at the institute and visited the training area. Here, they were introduced to various combat equipment and participated in shooting exercises.
