Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Fariz Rzayev paid a working visit to Croatia on October 11-13, the Ministry told APA.

As part of the visit, the Deputy Foreign Minister attended the International Donors’ Conference on Humanitarian Demining in Ukraine held in Zagreb on 11-12 October.

Delivering a speech at the conference, F. Rzayev informed the conference participants in detail about the mine problem Azerbaijan faces and its dire consequences.

During the visit, Fariz Rzayev held bilateral meetings with Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Croatia Dino Mihanovic, Deputy Chairman of Croatian Parliament Davorko Vidovic and State Secretary for Political Affairs Frano Matušic.
