According to Trend News Agency, Deputy Minister Anar Aliyev highlighted the ongoing initiatives by the ministry, including employment programs and vocational training for job seekers. "Currently, addressing the challenges facing education and the labor market should not fall solely on the government. The private sector must also participate in this effort. The vocational training conducted is aligned with labor market needs. We can provide training in 170 specialties. Next year, we plan to expand cooperation in this area with the private sector," Aliyev stated. The forum, which takes place annually in Baku, serves as a platform for discussions that could lead to significant advancements in educational policies and practices. It aims to strengthen the collaboration between government entities, educational institutions, and the private sector, fostering a cohesive approach to enhance the national education system.
