“Currently, all the issues that we are talking about, are interstate issues,” said Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov at the press conference on the decision of the International Court of Justice on temporary measures, APA reports.

The Deputy Minister noted that at the same time, there were companies illegally operated in those areas during the occupation period: “These do not apply to interstate companies. Therefore, investigations on illegal companies conducted by concrete companies in those areas are being conducted. These complaints will be against the assets of those companies. In each case, steps will be taken to identify such companies and specify the jurisdiction of the companies in which they operate. Because these decisions should not remain on paper. Therefore concrete works are underway in order to identify those companies.”
