Open tender competition held on the construction of eight buildings of a residential massive of 23 buildings in the city of Shusha has been completed, Shusha City State Reserve Department told APA.

Suggestions from nine companies have been assessed by tender commission members and an agreement has been signed with CONCO CJSC with a decision of the commission.
