Novkhani: The bodies of two individuals who drowned in an unmonitored area of the sea in Novkhani village, Absheron district, have been recovered by the Azerbaijan Emergency Situations Ministry. The incident was reported to the Ministry’s ‘112’ hotline on July 27, prompting an immediate response from the Ministry’s State Service for Small Vessel Control and Water Rescue, which deployed diver search teams to conduct search operations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the bodies of Ravan Shahin Aliyev, born in 2003, and Ali Elshan Jabbarov, born in 2009, were located and retrieved from the water by the rescue divers. The bodies have been handed over to the relevant authorities for further procedures.
