Vienna: An international event focused on combating the illegal circulation of narcotics has taken place, APA reports. From October 28 to 31, the 16th meeting of heads of national authorities responsible for ensuring compliance with drug laws was held in Vienna, the capital of the Republic of Austria.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Azerbaijan was represented by a delegation comprising relevant officers from the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The event aimed to address and strategize on effective measures to combat illegal drug trafficking across borders.
