Azerbaijan Establishes Dedicated Call Center for COP29 Participants


BAKU: A dedicated call center is set to commence operations in Azerbaijan in November, specifically tailored to serve participants of the upcoming COP29 conference. This initiative, announced by Ilkin Javadov, Head of the Visitor Services Department of the COP29 Operational Company, marks the first time such a service will be provided for a COP event.

According to Trend News Agency, Javadov emphasized the significance of this development, highlighting it as a pioneering step for COP events. The call center aims to offer direct access to information for participants and visitors regarding event-related inquiries. This service is designed to streamline communication and enhance the experience for all attendees of the conference.
