Baku:Entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan are set to gain new flexibility in their purchasing options, as a proposed amendment to the Law "On Non-Cash Payments" will allow them to buy a broader range of goods in cash.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the amendment will enable taxpayers to purchase used household appliances, mobile phones, and animal by-products, excluding meat, from individuals who are not registered as taxpayers.
This change reflects a significant shift in the legal framework governing cash transactions, aiming to enhance the operational ease for businesses in the country.
