Baku: Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, announced at a press conference that the nation now plays a critical role in the energy security of 14 countries. This development marks a significant expansion from its previous contributions to just Georgia and Trkiye.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bayramov highlighted the impact of the Southern Gas Corridor in enhancing Azerbaijan's energy influence globally. He noted that since 2021, Azerbaijan has increased its investments in various countries, including the UAE, Israel, Trkiye, and Uzbekistan, with more notable changes expected by 2025. These investments are poised to create new opportunities in Azerbaijan's energy and economic diplomacy, further solidifying its international partnerships.
