BAKU, Azerbaijan, The funds allocated for the reconstruction of Azerbaijan’s liberated territories are forecasted to reach three billion manat ($1.7 billion) in 2023, Trend reports via the Finance Ministry’s statement.

Meanwhile, these expenditures will account for nine percent of the state budget expenses, and 2.8 percent of GDP.
