Baku: The Amnesty Act, initiated by President Ilham Aliyev, has been executed at Correctional Facility No. 4, which is designated for women, under the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice. This has led to the release of 22 inmates from the facility.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the release included two inmates who were freed along with their minor children. This move is part of a broader amnesty initiative aimed at addressing certain categories of inmates.
