Azerbaijan Gains Moldova’s Support for International Initiatives

Baku: Azerbaijan has received unwavering support from Moldova for its international initiatives, as confirmed by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a joint press conference with Moldova's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mihai Pop?oi. A significant highlight of their discussion was the establishment of direct flights between Baku and Chisinau, which Bayramov described as a positive factor in facilitating stronger people-to-people contacts.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the two officials also delved into the cooperation agenda between their countries on international platforms. They explored ways to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation within various organizations, emphasizing the importance of supporting each other's initiatives and candidates. Bayramov highlighted Azerbaijan's active foreign policy and noted that Moldova has consistently supported Azerbaijan's initiatives.

Furthermore, Bayramov informed Pop?oi about the ongoing reconstruction and restoration efforts in territories liberated from occupation, as well as the return of displaced people to these areas. He also discussed the implications of recent military operations in the Middle East on Azerbaijan, sharing the country's latest assessments on the situation.
