Baku: By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 31 March 2026, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has granted the Presidential monthly scholarship to four family members of deminers Seymur Rashid oglu Namazov and Ragif Deputat oglu Isayev, who lost their lives in an incident caused by the detonation of explosive ordnance during mine clearance operations.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, under the Presidential Decree, the designated amount is to be allocated in equal shares corresponding to the number of family members. The initiative aims to provide financial support and recognition to the families affected by the tragic incident during the mine clearance operations.
