Baku: Amendments have been introduced to the 'Additional Conditions Required for the Circulation of Items with Restricted Civil Turnover Depending on the Nature of Activities,' APA reports. Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed the relevant decision, establishing new conditions for the circulation, including the sale, import, and export, of combat-designated military equipment, military weapons, and ammunition.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, these conditions specifically pertain to the sale of domestically produced military equipment, weapons, and ammunition, excluding imported items. The decision mandates the organization of the production process in alignment with the technological documentation of the products. Furthermore, it requires the compliance of both technological and design documentation with existing regulatory legal acts and standards.
