Baku: Azerbaijan exported crude oil and oil products worth $12.7 million in January-July 2026. In this period, the country exported 12.722.6 million tons of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous rocks, according to the State Customs Committee.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the value of oil and crude oil products exported from the country increased by 4.9 percent compared with the same period last year, reaching $8.032.9 billion. In contrast, during January-July 2025, Azerbaijan exported a higher volume of 14.470.6 million tons of crude oil and oil products, which were valued at $7.660.2 billion.
This indicates a trend where the value of Azerbaijan's oil exports has risen despite a decrease in the volume of oil exported. The data highlights a significant shift in the country's oil export dynamics over the past year.
