Baku: Renovation work is set to commence on the Vilyashchay reservoir in the south of Azerbaijan, Trend reports via the single web portal on public procurement. The Directorate of Construction Objects under the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan has initiated preparations for the upcoming work.
According to Trend News Agency, the organization estimates that the renovation will require an investment of around 6.4 million manat ($3.7 million). The project aims to improve the infrastructure and capacity of the reservoir, ensuring better water management and resource allocation in the region. This renovation is part of a broader initiative by Azerbaijan to enhance its water resource facilities and support sustainable development.
