Baku: Two projects implemented by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF) have been submitted for voting in the International Judo Federation’s (IJF) “Judo Awards” for 2025. “First Steps in Judo” has been nominated in the Judo for Children Project of the Year category, while “World Judo Day: Peace” has been nominated in the Judo for Peace Project of the Year category.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the voting for these prestigious awards will conclude on January 15, 2026. The nominations highlight the AJF’s commitment to promoting judo among children and fostering peace through the sport.
