Baku: Azerbaijan has appointed Rafael Huseynov as the leader of its delegation to the Parliamentary Union of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Member States, marking a significant diplomatic assignment.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Rafael Huseynov, who currently serves as the Deputy Chair of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis, has been selected for this key position. His appointment underscores Azerbaijan’s commitment to playing a prominent role in the inter-parliamentary activities of the OIC, a crucial platform for cooperation among Islamic countries.
