Baku: The draft decision of the Milli Majlis on declaring an amnesty in connection with the ‘Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty’ will be discussed tomorrow at a meeting of the parliament’s Committee on Legal Policy and State Building, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev has initiated the declaration of an amnesty.
