Lachin: President Ilham Aliyev has expressed his gratitude to Turkiye and Pakistan for the political and moral support provided to Azerbaijan during the Second Karabakh War. During his speech before a concert dedicated to May 28 – Independence Day, held in the city of Lachin, the head of state emphasized the significance of their support.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the symbolic importance of gathering in Lachin, a city that was under occupation for 30 years. He remarked on the 44-day Second Karabakh War, noting the support from Turkiye and Pakistan as a source of inspiration and strength for Azerbaijan. The president conveyed his ongoing gratitude to the leaders and people of these nations for their substantial support during a critical period.
