Baku: In a gesture of goodwill and diplomatic camaraderie, President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan extended his warm congratulations to President Prabowo Subianto and the people of Indonesia on the occasion of their Independence Day, celebrated on August 17.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev conveyed his best wishes on behalf of himself and the Azerbaijani people, emphasizing the potential for both nations to enhance their collaboration across various sectors. He highlighted the existing opportunities for Azerbaijan and Indonesia to expand cooperation, particularly in economic, investment, and humanitarian fields.

President Aliyev expressed confidence in the continued strengthening of ties between the two countries, aimed at benefiting their respective populations.
