Baku: Azerbaijan has ranked among the three most popular destinations for Russian tourists.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Belarus tops the list with 27 percent, followed by Uzbekistan in second place with 12 percent, while Azerbaijan ranks third, accounting for 5 percent of tourist destinations.
