Baku: Azerbaijan has officially ratified an agreement with Uganda to exempt holders of diplomatic and service passports from visa requirements. This agreement marks a significant step in the bilateral relations between the two countries, providing ease of travel for diplomatic and service personnel.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed the law that ratifies this agreement. The original agreement was signed in Kampala on October 15, 2025. This development is expected to enhance diplomatic interactions and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uganda.
