Baku: Azerbaijan has ratified an agreement establishing a mutual visa-free regime with Guinea-Bissau for holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports. President Ilham Aliyev signed an official order to ratify the ‘Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau on the mutual visa-free regime for holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports’.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the agreement was initially signed in New York on September 23, 2025. The ratification marks a significant step in strengthening diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Guinea-Bissau.
