Khojaly: Azerbaijan has initiated the relocation of residents to Khanabad village in the Khojaly district, under the directive of President Ilham Aliyev. This marks the beginning of the first phase of a broader relocation effort that commenced on February 19.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the initial group to be resettled consists of 38 families, totaling 154 individuals. This move is part of the 'Great Return' Program, which aims to systematically return displaced residents to their original villages and towns.
