ary urban planning approach in the post-war reconstruction process. He remarked on the need for the world to recognize Azerbaijan’s sensitivity and commitment to humanitarian principles in restoring its cities, highlighting the significant work done in Karabakh.

The Turkish deputy minister also noted the involvement of Turkish companies in the development of infrastructure, such as roads from Baku to Karabakh. He stated that Trkiye plays a crucial role in the global construction sector, with 45 Turkish firms among the 250 largest companies worldwide, many of which are active in Azerbaijani projects.
