Azerbaijan has restricted imports of some products from Russia, Bostwana and Brazil, the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.

The restrictions were implemented in accordance with the epizootic situation in the world, based on information received from the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE).In this regard, temporary restrictions have been imposed on the import of all species of live cattle and related products from the Brazilian states of Minas Gerais and Matu Grosso, including genetic materials, feed containing animal protein and bone dust, all species of live cattle from the Zabaykalsky Krai of the Russian Federation and their genetics, all kinds of live birds, poultry and breeding eggs from the Kgatleng administrative-territorial unit of the Republic of Botswana.
