Khojavend: The keys to the houses have been handed over to the residents who have relocated to the Sos village in the Khojavend district. This marks a significant step in Azerbaijan’s ongoing efforts to resettle internally displaced persons (IDPs) back to their original homes.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the relocation convoy has successfully arrived in the village of Sos. The returning residents are families who were previously living in adapted accommodations across the country. In this phase, 10 families, comprising 42 individuals, have been resettled in Sos village.
With this latest relocation, the total number of families who have returned to Sos village now stands at 20, encompassing 89 people. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to facilitate the return of IDPs to their native regions.
