About 180 people, mostly civilians, have died and injured as a result of stepping on a mine in the liberated territories from the occupation from November 10, 2020, and November 22, this year, APA reports.

In total, 10,455 antipersonnel mines, 4,640 anti-tank mines, and 12,637 UXOs have been detected from November 11 last year to November 22 this year in the liberated territories from the occupation.

During this period, totally, area of 62 855 782 sq.m (6286 ha) has been cleared of mines.
