Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev has met with Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy.

The two discussed the current state of and prospects for educational cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia.
