Baku: In the first five months of 2025, Azerbaijan attracted a total of 1.6467 billion manats in foreign investments directed towards fixed capital.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the State Statistical Committee reported that these investments from foreign sources represented 24.6% of all investments made in fixed capital during the period.

Notably, 1 billion 598.5 million manats, which constitutes 97.1 percent of the total foreign investment in fixed capital, originated from investors in countries such as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, Trkiye, the Russian Federation, the United States of America, Switzerland, Japan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hungary, France, and India.
