Baku: As of July 1, this year, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan increased by 3.2% compared to the beginning of the year, reaching 887,129, the State Tax Service said.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during the reporting period, the number of active VAT payers increased by 5.1% to 61,368, while the number of active business entities (facilities) rose by 4% to 242,208.
