Baku: Azerbaijan has announced its budget forecast for the average annual export price of oil for the upcoming year, setting it at USD 65 per barrel. This forecast is part of a broader economic plan outlined by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Finance has revealed that the baseline scenario predicts the oil price will maintain this level not only for 2026 but also for the subsequent years through 2029. These projections were initially presented in March, reflecting the government’s expectations for stable oil pricing in the medium term.
