Azerbaijan Starts First Resettlement to Four Aghdara Villages

Aghdara: The first resettlement to the villages of Ashaghy Oratagh, Chapar, Heyvali, and Childiran in the Aghdara district is scheduled to commence on January 9.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, a total of 89 families, comprising 337 individuals, will be relocated to these four residential settlements in the Aghdara district.

The resettlement plan includes 31 families with 119 people moving to Ashaghy Oratagh village, 26 families with 96 people to Chapar village, 19 families with 74 people to Heyvali village, and 13 families with 48 people to Childiran village. The relocation will be facilitated by representatives from the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, along with relevant local executive authorities. These families will be welcomed by employees from the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Khankendi, as well as in the Aghdara and Khojaly districts.
