Baku: In 2026, the Azerbaijan government is set to allocate 285 million manats from the state budget to ensure the social protection of former internally displaced persons (IDPs) and individuals with equal status.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft law “On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026” outlines specific allocations: 252 million manats are designated for the payment of a unified monthly allowance, 17.5 million manats are allocated for covering utility service fees from the state budget, and 15.5 million manats are earmarked for other related measures.
