Baku: An inter-agency joint action plan will be prepared to prevent and neutralize negative propaganda against the international image, history, and culture of the Azerbaijani state, APA reports. This initiative is part of the 'Azerbaijani Culture - 2040' Concept of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was approved by President Ilham Aliyev's Order.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the plan involves multiple government bodies, including the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other relevant state agencies. These entities are tasked with implementing the plan during the period of 2026-2030. The goal is to protect and promote the country's cultural and historical narrative on the international stage.
