Rules for leasing and using state-owned property in tourist centers and implementing investment projects will be developed in Azerbaijan, Trend reports. The issue was reflected in the decree 'On approval of the model regulations on tourist and recreational zones,' signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. According to the decree, there is a six-month deadline for the Cabinet of Ministers to inform the President of Azerbaijan and approve the regulations for leasing and use of state-owned real estate in tourism centers, as well as for the implementation of investment projects.
