Azerbaijan to Hold Funeral Ceremony for Identified Soldiers Missing Since First Garabagh War


Baku: Azerbaijan is set to hold a funeral ceremony for three soldiers who went missing during the First Garabagh War. The announcement comes after the identification of the soldiers’ remains, marking a significant moment for their families and the nation.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the identification was confirmed by the Azerbaijan’s State Commission for Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons. The Commission’s report detailed the upcoming funeral ceremonies for the soldiers who have been classified as missing and martyrs.



The remains of the soldiers are scheduled to be buried on February 7, providing a long-awaited closure for the families who have been awaiting news since the conflict.
