Azerbaijan to Host World Telecommunication Development Conference


Baku: The World Telecommunication Development Conference is set to take place in Azerbaijan from November 17 to 28, as announced by Natalia Mocho, the regional director of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). This announcement was made during the event titled “Online Azerbaijan: A New Phase in Digitalization,” APA-Economics reports.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the conference aims to gather the entire ITU ecosystem to address significant challenges and opportunities in the realm of digital connectivity. Mocho emphasized that the objective is not only to ensure accessibility, reliability, and security of connectivity but also to make it meaningful, ensuring that the internet provides tangible benefits to individuals worldwide.
