Baku:Azerbaijan plans to refund incorrectly collected or overpaid state duties to citizens in a non-cash form through the "e-rsum" subsystem of the Ministry of Finance's "Digital Public Finance" information system upon their application.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, this change is part of a proposed amendment to the Law "On State Duty."
