Azerbaijan to Initiate Third Residential Complex Construction in Shusha

Shusha: Azerbaijan is set to commence the construction of its third residential complex in Shusha in the coming months. This announcement comes as part of an ongoing effort to continue restoration and construction activities in the city next year, according to Aydin Karimov, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Karimov informed journalists that two residential complexes are already under construction, with plans for a third to begin soon. He highlighted that by the end of next year, and into early 2027, the completed buildings will gradually be handed over for use by Shusha residents. This development will facilitate the return of former internally displaced persons to the city.

Karimov also mentioned that finishing works are currently taking place inside buildings on Karabakh Street, which is located in the city center. The completion of these projects is expected to enhance hotel services in Shusha, further aiding the city’s development and restoration efforts.
