Baku: Flexible working hours will be introduced based on international best practices, APA reports. The measure is part of the 2026-2030 Action Plan for the Implementation of the Employment Strategy, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the action plan includes the drafting and submission of legislative proposals to introduce flexible working arrangements during the 2026-2030 period. This initiative aims to align Azerbaijan's employment practices with international standards, fostering a more adaptable work environment.
