Baku: Azerbaijan is set to determine the procedure for exchanging state-owned property, including land plots, for privately owned property through mutual agreement. This initiative is part of President Ilham Aliyev's recent decree aimed at implementing amendments to the Land Code, Civil Code, and the Law on Valuation Activity of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decree mandates the Cabinet of Ministers to draft and approve the procedure within five months, in coordination with the President. The focus is on facilitating a structured and official process for property exchanges between state and private entities, aligning with the newly introduced amendments.
