Guba: The names of three villages in Azerbaijan's Guba district are set for a change. This decision emerged during a meeting of the Toponymy Commission under the Milli Majlis. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Vladimirovka settlement, part of the Vladimirovka village administrative territorial unit, will be renamed Elbir village. Meanwhile, the Alekseyevka settlement, within the Alekseyevka village administrative territorial unit, will take on the new name of Chinarli village. Additionally, the Timiryazev settlement, also part of the Alekseyevka village administrative territorial unit, will be renamed Bahrali village.
